Carolina and Stéphane,who are French and Swiss, created and imagined this for you.

Our Legal Department

D. Aloysia Trombine SH is a highly qualified, Indonesian bar registered solicitor (PERADI) and member of Legal Consultant for Indonesia Capital Market with more than 25 years of experience.

Her specialities include corporate law, investment law, banking and real estate transactions. In 2000 she became the founding partner of FTW law firm based in Denpasar with an outpost in Ubud, alongside her family who are also all qualified solicitors.

Today she remains the senior solicitor and lead managing partner of the business. In 2007 Aloysia also became registered with the Association of European Lawyers (AEA).

Our Architect

Louis Pouchard is a French architect specializing in construction and sustainable housing.

He moved to Indonesia in 2013, when he was working on the environmental certification of the project for the new French Embassy in Jakarta and later won the competition for the Bali Oceanographic Center.

His architectural studio, based in Bali, was established in 2016 and now has many references.

His approach is strongly influenced by both cultural and environmental context. This is why each project is unique, as it fuses with the site’s DNA.

For Balia Garden, Louis offers modern architecture with pure lines, where no compromise is made in terms of well-being and comfort.
